Grandma's Posies Call upon His name
What does it profit? Have you heard? That’s what the sermon said.
I had always thought that money was what it meant, but I found instead
the definition of profit is to move forward, to advance, to gain.
To move forward in your life, to advance toward the light, trying to do what’s right
your eternal soul may remain
Profit in living under the sun on this amazing and beautiful earth.
Living as natural as we are made and what that is really worth.
Moving forward as we encounter other creatures made by God.
Knowing love is the reason, discover the truth and baring the rod
of correction, when it comes, for the healing is hidden within,
the love of the Creator father, correcting His beloved children.
Advance with correction, gain awareness that we are all cared about.
Remember God is in charge and with correction there is no doubt
that some may learn, some may move forward, some advance and some may gain.
Giving profit to the one that believes and remembers to call upon His name
