served with roast beef or chicken

1 T white vinegar

4t sugar

1/2 t salt

1 cup mayonnaise

2 T,plus 2 t prepared horseradish

In small dish, dissolve the sugar and salt in vinegar.

Measure the mayonnaise and the horseradish into a blender.

Add the vinegar solution, then turn the blender on medium speed

for about 30 seconds or until creamy!

Pour sauce into a covered container and chill for several hours.
