Slice potato into 6 wedges, this recipe coats 3-4 potatoes

In large bowl mix,

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4t onion powder

1/2thouse seasoning

dash of hot sauce…..coat potato wedges

then dredge in dry cornbread crumbs, or cracker crumbs to coat, then

sprinkle with black pepper

Place in one layer on baking sheet, bake 50 minutes at 375 to 400 degrees

for best result
