7 cups popped corn
3/4 cup brown sugar
6 T butter
3 T light corn syrup
1/4 t salt
In 1 1/2 quart saucepan combine brown sugar
butter , corn syrup and salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat till butter melts and comes to
a rolling boil, reduce heat. Cook for 5 minutes more. Remove
from heat. Stir in 1/4 t baking soda and 1/4 t vanilla. Pour over
7 cups popped corn, coating corn well.
Spread on 13x9x2 to single layer and bake 20 minutes,
stirring after first 10 minutes. Let cool and store in
air tight container.
